Ford dealers are the worst.
Poor service from this dealer, failing to perform an outstanding service bulletin, ON BRAKE HOSES THAT FAILED!!! This is a serious safety issue. Other outstanding repairs were just ignored and after several calls I could not manage to get a repair date or booking.

10 Nov 2019, 13:54I was contacted by the Service manager to bring back my vehicle. There was confusion and lets call it a misunderstanding regarding how and when I should return my vehicle for the outstanding PDC sensor issue. Vehicle was taken back and the sensor replaced with another vehicle's sensor as there was no stock (after 3 weeks). None the less, I was happy with not hearing alarms and red lights when reversing. Thank you to Aurinia Ford for trying to make amends and the repair.
