Selling cars involved in accidents

I bought a BWM 1201 Convertible with 53000km in April 2016 at Auric Auto, I did the deal through they sales lady which I believe she’s no longer employed there. The questions I asked her before I bought the car were as follows: 1. Was the car previously involved in an accident? Her answer was No. Two months after I bought the car, I got stuck on the road on my way to work and I needed to be towed to Tygervalley BMW where the car was kept for a week and I was given a temporary car. I asked sales lady immediately what was going on with the car as it is still have small Km’s, she responded by saying it’s nothing major that I needed to be worried about. Now forward everything to August 2017, One of the dealers shown an interest in buying my car and they did a research and found out that my I bought at Auric Auto was involved in an accident(s), this came as a shock to me as I specifically asked the sales person prior buying the car if it was ever involved in an accident. The dealer that was interested immediately had a change of heart as this influence the price of the car.

I immediately, contacted Auric Auto Manager in Claremont which she indeed confirmed to me that the car was involved in an accident(s). I visited her twice and sent her several emails in hoping to find a common ground. I told her had her sales person be truthful up front I would have never both the car.

Now today the 10th October 2017 just before 12:00, as I was driving to century city, I got stuck again now the car Km’s is on 74000 with the very same problem that happened last year after I bought the car at Auric Auto Bmw. I was told at BWM century city they will diagnose the car problem but without any leased car given to me, it might be days, weeks, months. Still no response from Auric Auto Bmw.
