Poor service from BMW Mini - Auric Autos

Mini Cooper S Countryman juddering under load.....told to come in as answer would be within key data...did so only to be told car needed to be booked in. Did so, car returned with same fault. Booked in again after chatting with service manager about poss faults...car returned with same fault. Booked car in again, demanded courtesy car. Wife delivered car & returned with loan car plus multi-page contract showing R28,000 insurance liability for even minor damage. Argued with branch principal after he ignored 8 calls/emails all day demanding he collect his liability...he not interested. Booked car in again ....service manager failed to turn up at nominated time.<br> Branch principal wouldn't talk to me at his office.<br> Returning next week.
