Auric Auto Claremont's service stinks!!!

I bought a second hand Mini Cooper a few years ago and was given one key for the ignition which I lost soon afterwards. I managed to have a key cut by a private company. As this key is constantly giving me trouble I decided to go to BMW to have a 'proper' key cut. I went to Auric Auto on 8 October 2015 and paid R2826.22 for this key. I was told that I would be contacted after a week to visit them again for the key to be synced with the computer in my car. As they did not phone me, I phoned them to be told that they hadn't had time to call me but the key was there. I made an appointment and went back last Thursday only to discover after several hours that the key was 'wrong' and another one had to be ordered from Jhb. As I live in Simonstown, driving back and forward to Claremont is not convenient and as I run my business on a mobile basis, their offer of collecting the car for a day was not going to work. I phoned yesterday and today to find out how far the key is and cannot get any further than the receptionist!! where is this key???
