Appalling service!

I came across an amazing deal on a purchase of one of the vehicles offered by Auric Auto. I subsequently called the dealership and initiated the purchase of the vehicle. I am currently based in JHB and the vehicle I have since purchased is in Cape Town. On 3 December I had completed all the required documents and the purchase of the vehicle was complete. On the same day at 10:11 I received an email from Leslie-Ann informing me that my newly purchased vehicle would be leaving Cape Town that afternoon. I called her the following day to find out the exact day the vehicle will arrive in JHB, which is when i found out the vehicle was still in Cape Town but was promised that the truck was on its way to collect the vehicle from the dealership. I called again today (7 December 2015), to find out when the vehicle would arrive, only to find out the vehicle is still in Cape Town. The service from this lady has been appalling and her constant lies, makes me regret the day I called Auric Auto. Her attitude completely changed after she had secured the sale, she went from being this friendly sales person to being a very hasty and irritable sales person. I am incredibly disappointed!
