Aures Slim

What a poor service from Aures Ariston, I bought one of their Aures slim gyser it never worked. I called in for after service. i was advised to leave the gyser installed one of their plumbers will come assist. After a year i am still waiting. They rather let you loose service while their thinking of assisting you. What a horrible service
