Rudeness and safety concerns in Aura water store

Aura water in the eersteriver mall and specifically the manager of the store Mr Hennie Nel treated me in the worst way after their lighting fixture attached to their fridge fell on my arm while I was purchasing fruit juice from them. The manager insinuated in a recorded call that I am dishonest and was out to try and get money out of them for a fictitious injury. Immediately following the incident the cashier commented on the fact that my arm was immediately swollen. I had called him merely to inform him of the safety hazard of the fridge and he treated me like a ********. I was until today a regular and loyal customer of their store but will never again set foot in any aura store again as this is the way they treat people.
