Poor after sales service

Aura Water, Tygervalley Centre, contacts you anually to replace your water filters in the home. They recently did mine. About a week afterwards, I asked them to assist with a leakage problem I had on the filter system. Debbie promised to call me back to arrange a technician to check it out. Never did. I phoned her 3 times with the same request and same answer. Eventually I got fed up and phoned someone else, who fixed my problem in no time.
