Owner Roel of Aura water N1 city doesn't know how to treat customers

Roel that claims his the boss of the n1 city branch that told me to f### off over the phone after I called him and explained that I'm a regular customer that refill my bottle on a daily basis at this store didn't have change for me and I said I'll come the following day and just pay less I was refused as the lady wasn't there that day, but the way I was treated and swored out over the phone over my own money owed from this store they don't deserve our support
