Chased away like a dog too

<p>I could not find a Zero star<br />The owner of this place is soooo rude and ******<br />I arrived here having done my appointment via email - firstly she said she doesn't have my booking and started shouting to ask why I am at the place without a booking, then after looking in her emails she reads out my booking emails and says it's her husband who confirmed my booking but she doesn't have space for me - at which I asked why would my appointment be confirmed if there is no space - she then told me she owns the place it's her property and she should be the only confirming who gets worked on and who doesn't<br />I was unhappy with this and told her this is not how you treat customers. She told me to leave and threatened to call cops on me<br />DONT GO TO THIS PLACE - a spa is meant to be peaceful and tranquil - the woman who owns this place is none of those things</p>
