Dissatisfied about aunt Caroline Rice

I am so very disappointed with aunt Caroline Rice 10kg that I bought at Checkstar in Durban when you cooking it becomes muddy like you cook pap it the second month now getting dissatisfied. I am Chef by profession but I find it hard for me to use it. Here at home I bought 10kg last month I thought maybe the kids don't know how to cook boom this month I'm the one cooking it still like pap, kindly expedite this matter urgently
