Bad service

Hi

Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for an order i placed, I’ve placed numerous orders online and called without anybody calling me back. They make a bold statement that someone would contact you within 24 to 48 hours, yet its been 2 weeks already and not one phone call. I contacted them and was told a sales agent would call me back in a few minutes and to this moment i havent heard a word back, this is really poor service!
