Terrible after sales service

Not a very good one, bought a watch in December 2022, 23rd if not mistaken, battery died in January 2023 and went to a watch place and had the battery replaced and not the cap for the back is not clipping back onto the watch, did a warranty form and to date have received no response from Aumax Watches
