Victimization from Aula Body Corp & AIV Properties

I am the owner of a unit at Villa Strelitzia, which I bought earlier this year and it was registered in my name on 26 January. From the day I moved in (01 March 2015) utilities were handled by Vapovax and I was getting my utility bills monthly without problems. Then the bills stop coming around July, I sent email to Vapovax asking why I was not getting my utility statements and the answer to my surprise was that they no longer responsible for utilities at Villa Strelitzia.<br> <br> That the utilities were taken over by AIV properties. I contacted AIV and told them I am the owner of the unit, to dismay I was hit with a bill of R7 542 for Water, Electricity, and levies dating back to January 2015, but yet they came providers from 01 July 2015.<br> <br> I then asked Chantelle from AIV properties to adjust their statements to reflect utilities from July as they only became providers then and I never received feedback from Chanetelle. Today I received a letter of demand from their attorneys.<br> <br> I want this matter fixed and will only pay outstanding monies for the relevant billing period from AIV Properties
