Unattended ceiling damage

<p>I stay in 25 Thornbush Complex which is within the Magalieburg Country Estate in Amandasig, Pretoria. Last year December 2015 our geyser was leaking and caused some damages to the ceiling. We reported this matter to Aula properties as they are the managing agent for our complex. The person we have been dealing with is Lee-Anne Schreuder. Since we lodged this complain Aula has sent more than one assessor to come assess the damages, and every time we are told they are going to submit a report to Aula for authorisation. To date our problem has not been attended to and the damages are still there (yet we are paying our levies which are supposed to include insurance for such cases). We have communicated with Lee-Anne so much times, and every time we talk to her she will tell us that she will check the report and call us back, which she never does. Secondly she never responds to our emails. This issue has been dragging for a year now and still nothing has been done, we feel belittled, undermined & violated in the manner in which this issue has been handled.</p>
