I started renting with Aula property from 1 Feb 2014, even though the apartment was **** but I still paid my rent on time. The kitchen sink was messed up, the stove plates wouldn't work, the geyser would start leaking etc.

They sold the unit to a new owner and they gave me notice to leave by end of January. I started looking for a place and I moved out on 27 December to the new apartment. Now they don't want to pay back my deposit because I did not give them notice. How exactly does it work. They gave me notice NOW I was supposed to give them notice. Please don't ever use this company if you are looking for rentals. My last days of staying there in December I reported about the leaking geyser and they ignored me. Useles bunch of people. If I don't get my money, I will use all social media platforms to deal with this company. Their names are Magda Uys and Lettie.
