Refrain from using this *********** Agents

We are lodging a formal complaint against estate agents of Aula and against Aula as a whole. We contacted the head agent - Amanda- and with her assistance we signed and executed a contract 2 months before we needed to move out of a property we also rented through Aula. A week before our move it came about that Amanda did not inform us on the process of the house and due to her lack in responsibilities as representative we had no choice but to cancel the contract with immidiate effect. She placed all faul on the owner. She sugessted another property and we decided to take it. For the whole week she reassured us that we are getting the house. She printed the general contract and pend it until the owner signed. A day before our move again she said the owner wont sign the contract. We were again without a house due to her unprofessional work. Guess what - we got a house the next day which we couldnt afford but had no choice. We moved but again we dont have any contract and we went so far as to demand a new agent. We are convinced that she is unfit to be a Agent and work with highly professional people. I am unable to go into more detail here due to caracter constraints. DONT use Aula!!
