POOR SERVICE DELIVER

The company's agent and it maintaince people are very rude, they very inconsiderate and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I received very poor service especially when I was living their rental premises. I found all their blinds dirty and their cupboards full of dead ****roaches. By summer the ****roaches issue escalated and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. When I was moving out they said the mold in the ceiling was due to myself not taking care of the property properly. While in January and viewing stages themselves and their potential tenants kept own saying the place is very neat and well taken care off. When I tried to reason with the agent, she rudely responded that she does not have time to go back and forth with me, while she was the one who was randomly calling me during my working hours. She went on stating that she has obtained all the proof that I was not taking care of the place properly. According to me these are just tactics to not refund my deposit.
