poor service and unconsiderate

<p>Aula Property Agent centurion</p> <p>Very poor service and unconciderate. Toilet leaking since Sturday reported it to them till now nothing has been done. Agent more concerned about the call out fee more that my own wellbeing and furniture.</p> <p>This isnot the first time this is happening last time i had to fix the problem myself and afterr wards being told about procedure and having to wait for owner to give them a go ahead .four days later there was still no approval for repairs</p>
