poor service and unconsiderate

<p>Toilet leaking for 7 days despite having reported in day 1. Agent more concerned about call out fee more than the damage it is causing to my furniture and inconvienance it is causing</p> <p>and its not first incident last time i had to fix it my self as they have to get approval from owner for more than 4 days</p>
