Harra*****t and Bullying , No service and no appreciation for the CPA ACT

The property agent is Aula Properties , based in High veld ( 13 Marco Polo St, Highveld, Centurion, 0157)

The Manager and estate agent , ive been dealing with is Yvette and Bernice , **********

I moved in too the complex named Fish Eagle via Aula property - in August 2018.

The bathroom tap had no knob , had to yse pliers to open the hot water , The kitchen tap had a horrible smell , to a point where i had to get my washing machine removed because it smelt like sewerage water , The stove was tripping the electricity , Numerous emails , many many phone calls , until the day i decided to withhold rent which was in December , they started threatening me with eviction notices, blacklisting me etc ,

They have refused on email to give me their dealer principal contact details , Mr Frik van wyk , The repairs have now been completed and we had discussed that there would be some type of compensation for the horrible last few months , and they decided to ask me what i wanted , i said either s**** the last 2 months of rent , or pay me half of each month i lived there , they refused and said they would only offer R2000 out of good faith , and that this was from the landlord , now i am in a contractual contract with Aula properties , who has now had the Rental housing tribunal send me a document of a complaint they logged against me ,
