Aula property agent Yvette and company and nothing more but ****s. They charge tenants for minor things like lighbulbs and cleaners to the place,because according tk them the place was not clean upto par and needed extra spray cleaning on shower doors and kitchen oven. Mind you whem we moved in they not that clean. Now the light bulbs they bought, apparently they need to maintain the lights as the ligh bulbs need a change. How, when i recentlchanged them and also found 2 bulbs used up. They had the audacity to buy 4 bulbs abd when i informed them that I indicated in the check list when i moved in that the balcony light the bathroom were off, also i never bothered to replace as i was there on a 6months lease. Also the light in my bedroom was off. Also they chaged us R30 for bank fees plus admin fee for buying the lights and the bank charge for cleaning company Very, cery ********* agency. Whatever you do not use the Aula property agency in Centurion along with their agent Yvette Hutton, who even forgets when tenants are due to move out. Also You will chase them for your deposit as well as the invoices from the cleaners and maintenance expenses that owner should be liable for.
