Aula not responding

Aula manages is the agent in charge of the complex that I reside in.

I received numerous emails and text messages stating my account is short yet they fail to show me how and where. I have sent multiple emails with no response as well as lodging a formal complaint to the directors of the complex with no response.

Not very good and in my opinion not worth the effort or energy.
