Phones ringing off the hook

I have had the most horrible experience with this office more than once, I have been trying to call the Nelspruit reception as its the only number available for their office with no luck. At some point I call and the line is busy but immediately when I call back again the phone is further ignored. They should make it possible for outside callers to get through for assistance.
