Faulty New MIC Pre from Audiosaurus

Hi all, I bought an online supposedly brand new Mic Pre (Art Pro MPA II) at www.audiosaurus.co.za (08 April 2019) which came unsealed with no warranty card. Having to test it , one of the VU meters was flickering and I notified audiosaurus about it. Their response was VU meter bulbs do fuse, with my surprise I didn't know bulbs that have never worked fused but to cut the story short we have resoluted in getting it fixed and the warranty would still be 5years. I have been waiting ever since to get the "brand new" pre-amp fixed for a month now and their response was they are waiting for the leds that will "HOPEFULLY" be around end of next week (17 May 2019)
