Take your audio needs elsewhere, even if it costs you more. At least you will get your parts

I don't believe they actually deserve one star. I had to wait three weeks for my order to be delivered, and I had to constantly message them for feedback. After finally getting my order they didn't deliver one crucial part that makes the whole setup useless without it.

Trying to then get them to actually send the part or refund me has been a nightmare, and they even try and turn it around that I didn't search the boxes properly.

After every message I have to follow up multiple times for a response.

I want my part delivered this week, or I want a refund. I refuse to wait another three weeks.

I could have imported this part from the US and it would have been faster.

Do no recommend this company to anyone, as they clearly do not care about their customers.
