Poor service

I put in an order for a product last week Friday and was told to expect a 3-6 day wait due to COVID. Last week I sent an email asking when to expect the product to arrive as 6 days had passed. They told me "Friday or latest Monday". I asked today, on Monday, for a tracking code and they informed me that my order had not even left the shop and that it is leaving tonight! If I spend 6.5k on your website I expect good service and swift delivery. I cannot even fathom how it has taken them nearly 2 weeks to put my order through and get it delivered. In future, I will be spending the extra money other sites charge for a better service because this is shocking!
