order update system - non existent
No transparency whatsoever. Had to email and phone every time I required an update with my order. Then the manager informs you that they are not required to tell you every detail about your order, with Audiomart the customer is not king, in fact, they don't even try and strive for customer satisfaction, Their prices seem good, but rather spend more money and buy from other companies.

We send a payment received confirmation email, an update once it leaves us, as well as a link to track your package. We do try our best to keep customers updated as much as possible.
