No stock on in-stock items, and also no refund after order cancelled

So I placed my order on 17 Apr, given it was lockdown. All products listed as in stock. After online was opened by government, I stated querying as they should just send it off (as its in stock right). I get told every time "Its leaving by this Friday" by Shubash. I asked to speak to Shannon, the manager, from the beginning but he didnt respond at first. After finally getting hold of Shannon, he said they had sent me a mail early in May (Im still searching for this mail as it miraculously disappeared.. Probably because it was never sent), informing me they all of a sudden "moved though all their stock". How this happened is beyond me because they werent allowed to sell stuff remember? Especially not the stock I had ordered. So eventually they suggested substitues and put on the email "My price" as if they are considering me and trying to justify the atrocious experience I have had, only to find these are the normal prices on their site, and also about double the price of the mystery "out of stock" items. Right, so I was told last week Monday to send through my banking details for a refund and that my order would leave to arrive before the weekend. I enquired again on Wed. I was told it would definitely leave by Friday. Guess what, NO communication on Friday, Still not clear as to when refund will take place. I dont suggest anyone supports these "******", as this is exactly how they are acting at the moment. Excuses galore but not the ***** to tell you whats happening. They also have this ******* excuse about it being a pandemic. Yes its a pandemic, but just how long can you take to send two items? Items which should have been in stock, or even ordering them afterwards would have arrived ages ago. Its just weird how other suppliers that I ordered last week, have already delivered, but Audiomart apparently is the only business that cannot handle doing business in these times. You need to pull your socks up otherwise you arent going to have jobs to go back to. The pandemic is not an excuse.

HI Donald, Please be advised that due to the pandemic, there have been many delays that have been completely out of our control. We deal with many customers a day and do our very best to ensure each person is updated as best as possible.
