Excellent Customer Service

I have shopped on-line before but never to buy a musical instrument like a guitar. Last year just before lockdown, I saw a Stagg guitar on the AudioMart website and ordered it from Durban. The item arrived a few days before lockdown. About three weeks ago, I was tuning the guitar when one of the tuning pegs lost its grip and did not tune the string. I contacted Subash Nundkishor on March 1 to enquire if the guitar is still under guarantee, which he confirmed. I explained the situation too him and he immediately ordered Aramex to collect the guitar the same day to take it to Durban for repairs, which can take between 10 – 21 days. On March 15, I asked him when the guitar would be delivered even though it was only two weeks. I also explained that I would need the guitar by the 19th. He quickly organised the repairs as a priority and on the 19th at 11h 45, I received the package.

I have not received such excellent service in a long time and also send Subash an email to thank him. I can really recommend AudioMart and its staff for anyone interested in buying musical equipment at very reasonable prices.
