Audiomart refusal to refund my money
I would like to know why my refund R 12 384 which I request on the 14th of May. They keep on coming up with excuses.

22 May 2020, 08:34 Dear Sir, Please be advised that refunds do take anything from 7 - 15 working days. We have also only been allowed, as per the governments regulations to re open this Monday the 18th. We are doing our very best to process any refunds as well as our orders out timeously.
