AUDIOMART IS A ****

I paid for an Alesis snare drum module and awaited for my delivery after 10 working days as Audiomart very clearly notifies on all orders. After 10 days I still did not receive a tracking number or any information about my order. I then emailed them and I got a reply saying that they are still waiting for their supplier. I then politely asked for a refund of my money. 2 Days later I still did not receive any confirmation about my refund or a payment notification like I requested. I mailed them again and I was told that refunds take a further 10 to 15 working days!! I am still waiting for a reply from this so called store with no responses on emails being sent to them.

This is a warning to anyone considering buying from Audiomart to please not even bother. You will have a mountain of emails with nothing solid from them. The people I had to deal with are Subash and Christine and I am still waiting for my money.

They do not have any stock on hand that they advertise on their website and you will most likely receive an order faster if you order from a direct supplier...will probably cost you less too.

I have obviously seeked legal advise and will be taking further steps against the people I have had contact with as this money belongs to me and I have clearly been ******.
