Audiomart is a Con Store

I bought my son speakers from the store which were delivered on time but when he tested the speakers he discovered that one was faulty and we notified the store about the fault the following day. The stire arranged for the speakers to be collected for them to check what could have caused the fault. After discovering where the fault was we were notified by the store that we have to pay R700 to the repair centre after I've paid R2100.00 for the purchase as we were responsible for the damage. When the speakers were delivered they were not checked if there were any faults or when they were shipped and now we were required to pay R700 for damages we know nothing about. No warranty whatsoever that could have covered the cost. I refused to pay and the speakers were returned back to us with the same damage.
