Audiomart - from Hero to Zero

I wrote a review on 24 March 2021 about the quality of service I received from Audiomart, when my Stagg guitar had to be repaired under warranty, and I still stand by my words. However, as I warned Subash Nundkishor to rather replace the guitar than repair it in case another tuning peg strips and the warranty has reached its end, the same happened with the G tuning peg a couple of days ago. I sent an email that same day to him which I forwarded a day later to him again. No reaction. I see a lot of people on Hello Peter complaining about Audiomart and just a few giving compliments? So I am starting to believe that most of the complaints are actually based on true experiences like mine now? It's a pity that a company cannot just give good follow-up service even after a product is out of warranty instead of turning a blind eye, because THAT I will consider "good business". I am just disappointed and will obviously never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone....
