Audio Mart is not an online Mechant you want to deal with

Online purchase is always a risk. you are never sure what you going to get. Online purchases with Audio Mart has only been a disappointing experience. You receive what you expect a new item, only to find the item is not new and not in perfect working condition. I returned the product for a replacement. After weeks of struggling, emails and no responses, phone calls it was eventually replaced with another similar product, again not new, not in perfect working condition, not even complete (items missing). It has now been more than a week since I've logged the return with no action or communication from the seller. The item cost is R2499
