Non delivery of Karoake service

Hi arranged to have Karaoke on 8 Aug 2015 for our engagement party. Paid R850 upfront. Was due to deliver at 10am, after a number of calls to Mark and him confirming the technicians were on their way he stopped taking our calls at about 15h00 - with no delivery. We have not heard from him since even after requesting a refund.
