Faulty electric Capacitor

I ordered 2 sub-woofers and a 2 farad capacitor total R1700.00 <br> Received the items on 2015-03-31 and where installed on the same day by a registered installer of vehicle electronics.<br> The installer informed me that there is a fault on the capacitor (FIRE - FAC4F-short in the capacitor)and they will not be able to use it.<br> Audiodirect informed me they don't exchange faulty goods, I must return it and they will sent it to be repaired. I paid for a new item and not second hand repaired one.<br> I mailed Mahir of audiodirect to mail me the address particulars to sent the cap back, with out any success. <br> <br>
