Poor service Audiobank sound systems

<p>We purchased an audiobank car sound system from a dealer in Newcastle KZN South Africa, after a while the radio started giving problems, extremly slow, cannot connect with GPS, volume takes a couple of seconds to adjust, after taking the radio back to the dealer in Newcastle, the dealer informed us that there is a virus on the radio, he phoned the supplier, the supplier said that we should get rid of the radio and buy a new radio. thereafter we went to another dealer, this dealer gave us a telephone number and address of a supplier in Pretoria Gauteng, he was to busy to talk to me and told me I should bring in the radio and he will send the radio to Midrand, we wanted to take the radio ourselfs because we were in Pretoria, after numerous attempts to get hold of the telephone number or address in Midrand we got nothing, we drove to Pretoria from Newcastle to try and resolve the matter, without any luck. We phoned numerous other dealers of Audiobank without any luck of being able to get the radio fixed. According to the dealer it is a software update that is required to repair the radio. Worse service from audiobank dealers in South Africa, no help for when you expierence any problems. </p>
