We trusted this company to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly and professionally — unfortunately, that was not the case.

Their service is extremely expensive, yet you do not get what you pay for.

We specifically requested that an over-mic be provided, since our ceremony was outdoors and we didn’t want the pastor to struggle with his papers. This was not provided, and due to the wind, someone had to hold his papers down for him during the ceremony.

We also asked for sound outside, so the MC could communicate with the guests — this was not set up. The cables inside the hall were also poorly positioned, and they were still trying to fix things at the last minute (they had been on site since 12:00, and our ceremony only started at 15:30).

A specific song that was meant to play during one of the games was completely left out, even though everything was shared with them beforehand.

There were also issues with the slideshow — the video played without any sound, taking away the entire emotional impact of that moment. The technician struggled to fix it while the video was already running.

I have tried to contact Ian several times, but my messages have been ignored. (Super unprofessional) To make matters worse, he sent someone still in training to handle our wedding — something I find highly unprofessional considering the amount we paid
