Poor Service Audio Vision Heidelberg

Poor service at it’s best!!!

I have ordered an laptop from Audio Vision in Heidelberg on the 3de of August 2019. The laptop’s price was very good and I decided to also order a Defy oven from them; about a week or so after the initial order for the laptop.

After various calls to them and excuses by them, they could not deliver the laptop. This was now about middle October 2019; I then decided I could wait no longer and ordered the laptop for about R4000 more from a different company and received the specified laptop 1 day after ordering it. The whole time while I was waiting for the laptop I was told that they do have the oven but that they are waiting for the laptop and would prefer to deliver both the items at the same time (which makes sense) After I informed them to forget about the laptop seeing that it is taking to long and that they should rather just deliver the oven, I then got the same run around about waiting for their suppliers to deliver. At one stage the oven did apparently arrive at them but after they took it out of the box they noted it was scratched and they ordered a new one. Two weeks later I was told that ; unbelievably their supplier delivered the same scratched oven to them for a second time, Yeah right ! I am still waiting for the oven and now phone, SMS or Whatsapp them about every second day, they used to respond but I think they realised they are running out of excuses. I suppose I would have to buy the oven from another supplier again paying more that what I budgeted for. I don’t think they realize how inconvenient it is to make food for a family of 5 without having an oven I don’t think I have to say more. Poor Poor Poor service!
