Pratleys putty repair

<p>I took my car to Audio trading in mosselbay bay to have my central locking fixed. about a month after they repaired it I was visiting in the freestate and the central broke again. I took it in to a local repair centre and when they opened my door panel they found that audio trading had used pratleys putty to repair my central locking instead of replacing the parts. Audio trading charged me for repairs and new parts. I have photos proving the incident . When contacting the owner he just said that's how they do it. </p>
