Bad Service

My name is Patrick Paledi I run a rental company and I'm a user of Martin Audio Product, 28 May 2015 I booked in a Martin Audio Amplifier MA5.2k DSP for repair and to this day I haven't heard any respond on whats wrong with the AMP from Audiosure. Eight weeks ago I launched a complain with Mr. Brendan Venter a Martin Audio Brand manager at Audiosure South africa which he had no knowledge of my amplifier even been at their premise but promised to look in to matter and refer back to me asap, 22 Sep 2015 I'm still waiting.<br> <br> August 2015 I launched another complain with Ms. Lola store manger at Audiosure and yet another fruitless promises where made but nothing good come out of that. Today 27 Oct 2015 I'm still waiting for my amplifier from this company. Ever since I launch a complain with Audiosure they was never an apology or any show of remorse towards my situation, For them is business as usual while my company looses a revenue on the amplifier sitting at Audiosure.
