Taking on a job that they cannot do

On the 21.03.2015 I contacted Harsha for an under car lighting kit, she ensured me that her staff knew what was going on in terms of fitment. I was promised that the installation would be completed by Saturday Afternoon, I then receive a phone call @ 5 pm from Harsha advising me that the kit is incorrect and that we will have to wait another day to get the correct kit which I understood. We then made arrangements that my car will be sent in on Tuesday which never happened.Wednesday morning I dropped my car off and was promised the car will be completed at the end of the day, Harsha gave me banking details for payment for an eft transfer as her card swiping facility was not working. I paid her R 2700 when it was time to collect the car asking her to confirm receipt which she did not do, Wednesday afternoon I get a phone call advising me that the car is not ready and it will be ready tomorrow lunch time and they will personally call me,my car stayed a night over at there premises. Thursday @ 2pm no phone call, so I went to the premises and found that nothing had been done on the car and the technician doesn't know how.Took my car, never got my money not even a call since,today is war
