⭐ Review: Audio Corporation I am posting this review in the hope of resolving an ongoing and extremely distressing matter. I took my Xbox to Company A for an initial assessment, where the serial number of my console was recorded. Thereafter, I took the same Xbox to Audio Corporation for a second assessment. Audio Corporation kept my Xbox for almost two weeks before returning it to me. Once I collected the console and returned it to Company A, I was informed that this was not the same Xbox originally assessed by them. The serial number did not match, and the console was significantly more damaged than the one I had originally submitted. Since discovering this, I have made numerous attempts to resolve the issue directly with Audio Corporation. I have: Repeatedly contacted them Requested the return of my original Xbox Explained that the serial number discrepancy prevents me from claiming through my insurance Despite asking, begging, and formally demanding the return of my original Xbox, I have received no response and no resolution. I have even sent a formal letter of demand, which has been ignored. At this point, I am simply asking for my original Xbox to be returned so that I can proceed with my insurance claim. The lack of communication and accountability has left me with no option but to make this matter public. I sincerely hope Audio Corporation will contact me urgently to resolve this matter.
