Failing to fix Airbag the mistakingly deployed

I went to PR Audio on Saturday, 15 August 2015. I had new speakers and subwoofer n amp intalled. During the installation the technician mistakingly let the passenger dashboard airbag deploy. I was assured by PR AUDIO that my airbag will be replaced as it was entire their fault. The assured me that they will contact me to arrange.<br> <br> Well after numerous calls to them and the owner they are giving me the run around. The owner is suudenly NOT available when i call and they DO NOT return any of my calls.<br> <br> Im left with a big problem now due to their own negligence. I need this fxed ASAP
