BAD SERVICE FROM AUDIO CITY SOUTHGATE MALL

Misinformation and bad customer service from Audio City Southgate Mall. on 08/11/2015 I purchased a 30 meter RCA cable from the shop only to find out at home when I wanted to use it that it was not 30 meters as I was made to believe, it was less than 15 meters long. I had to drive back to the mall to take the cable back to the shop. In the shop I was told that it was not the shops fault that the length is not what they sold it to me for but it is their supplier's fault and that I had to buy a second cable for the same amount in order to make the length that I wanted. I was treated with the attitude of take it or leave it because it is not the shops fault. I then asked for my money to be returned which they did not even considering the inconvenience of me having to drive back to the shop to return their product which I was misinformed about, let alone the banking costs that I incurred for nothing.
