AUDIBLE ARE *******!!!

I have been billed for a membership I do not have, for 3 years!!!!! I have changed my bank account now, in desperation. I have been told for 2 weeks that I will be refunded my $450 to my new bank account. I am still waiting!!!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get money owed to you, from them. They are *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am not going to stop until I receive my refund. This is **************** and its UNACCEPTABLE!
