Boo to Audible (ACX) for unfair treatment of authors

Audible has recently begun to encourage its readers to return an audiobook for a refund AFTER they've listened to the entire book. This is to encourage readers to use their one monthly token on numerous books and to lure more readers to their company. The problem is that by doing this, they're *****ing over the authors of these books. When a book is returned for a refund, the author doesn't get paid! I find that entirely unacceptable!
