Poor customer service

Audi Wonderboom has the worst customer service ever!! I would not recommend it to anyone looking for good service. They only fast and quick when making a deal for them but when it comes to after sales they are very poor

I bought a vehicle with them in July 2022 and upon inspection I advised them that the wheel alignment is out. Phetole one of the salesman assisted and advised that it will be done. He advised it was done upon delivery of the vehicle.. A few months after while driving the wheel got flat and I stopped at the nearest garage... Trying to change my Tyre I noticed that the vehicle has no jack.. What an inconvenience!! To add more to that the Tyre that was damaged was due to wheel alignment

I contacted Phetole and escalated the matter to his manager. This got even worse as the manager by the name of Dorita has no professionalism or enthusiasm what so ever.. Worst customer experience ever. After driving up and down to go a fitment centre (exhaust and Tyre menlyn) which they referred me to. I was assisted by Justin van Biljon as he requested more information from Dorita.. Still today I have recieved no assistance from Dorita or Phetole in regards of their neglegence. Moral of the story I have to fix everything because they are doing the run around

I would not recommend audi Wonderboom to anyone that is looking for premium customer service 👎
