My worsed experience

I bought this vw polo which was delivered to me in May 2021, assisted by a guy called Phetole. I was not happy with the car since it had wired knocks on the suspension including a noisy rear bearings and also the driver side window which was unglued and I even sent the pictures to the sales person few days after receiving the car . I raised the complaint and I was told that my vehicle has an extended warranty of a year . In August 2021 I had to take the car for a service at a vw dealer which I paid for. During the service I was told that the steering wreck has been warned out. I was told that I have to arrange for the date for the car to be fixed, few months down the line when i took the car for a repair I was also told that the car had a problem with the bushes and all that is part of wear and tie and is not covered by the warranty which means is part of my expense. Apparently the battery is flat and I have to push start the vehicle for it start , which I have to budget for a new battery. For every fault that I raise the guy keeps making excuses to say that he gave me the car in good condition. I waisted my money driving +- 200kms to a vw dealer to get the car fixed of which didn't happen. My worst experience ever .
